By purchasing, deploying, or utilizing the BackpackMD Telemedicine Backpack kit and its associated hardware peripherals and software interface, your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer
BackpackMD provides diagnostic hardware tools (medical tablet, digital otoscope, stethoscope, pulse oximeter, blood pressure unit, and thermometer) intended to assist licensed clinicians in collecting remote examination data.
3. Authorized Equipment Usage
Users of the BackpackMD kit must adhere to the following usage guidelines:
- Equipment must be operated in accordance with provided hardware documentation and safety protocols.
- Modifications, unapproved software alterations, or unauthorized hardware tampering are strictly prohibited.
- Devices must be maintained and sanitized according to standard medical equipment guidelines.
4. Hardware Warranty & Support
BackpackMD diagnostic devices are covered by standard hardware warranties against manufacturing defects. Replacement units or service parts subject to availability will be provided according to your organization's service agreement.
